Creating NURBS models in cell
Sunday, April 27th, 2008 Tea Vui Huang has developed software to model with NURBS curves directly on a mobile phone.
The program allows you to create control vertices (CV) to form a first-degree curves exportable to Maya and XSI. It is useful to develop sketches of 3D models anywhere.

OceanWaves for 3ds Max 9
Sunday, April 27th, 2008 This excellent free plugin that allows to simulate parametric oceans has recently been updated for 3ds Max version 9 both 32 and 64 bits.
Charles Hollemeersch, the author says it is working on the compilation of it to make it compatible with the latest versions of the program.

New VRAY 1.5 SP2
Wednesday, April 23rd, 2008 Chaos Group has announced the availability of a new update of Vray, compatible with 3ds Max 2009 and 3ds Max Design 2009.
Among the new highlights procedural support Darktree materials, new lights photometric Vray, improvements in the shadows cast by Vray fur, Vray Proxies support animated and a lot of improvements and corrections.
