Q Che good article! q truth that seems quite ideal work environment, but still going to work there would not be entirely ideal, the best thing that happens in Argentina q, q I think it is not for lack of funds or human resources, is a cultural problem we are very individualistic, always ultra vertical structures, we are all afraid q conviciones nuetra cast doubt, as we know q share and learn from others grow.
