Adobe changed its licensing model
Sunday, May 12th, 2013 From the next update to its suite of applications will not be paid more than a permanent license but will have to subscribe for a monthly subscription.
The suite will be called "CS" for now "CC" or "Creative Cloud", more details in the next post of CNET.

Strategic alliance between Adobe and Maxon
Saturday, April 6th, 2013 As did The Foundry with Luxology, Maxon Adobe agreed to a strategic alliance to get even closer Cinema 4D.
In the next version of Afte Effects and will have a Lite version of Cinema 4D and who knows if next year turns into 3D software suite.
